These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and Sweet Billions ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Sweet Billions mobile application ("the App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a device that you own or control.

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, animations, and software, are the exclusive property of Sweet Billions or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
By submitting any content, feedback, suggestions, or ideas to us, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content for any purpose without compensation to you.
The App may offer virtual items, currency, or other content for purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The App may contain links to third-party websites or display advertisements from third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SWEET BILLIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sweet Billions and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your license to use the App will immediately cease.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
